Most certified Urdu or English translations are completed and delivered within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your documents and confirm your order. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated before work begins. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline through our express translation service.
Yes, we provide certified Urdu translation services that meet the requirements of visa, immigration, and embassy applications. Our certified translations are issued on our official company letterhead and include the translator’s signature, company stamp, and, where required, notarization along with a translator’s affidavit to support the authenticity of the translation.
Our work process is very simple:

- Documents will be reviewed and Price will be quoted
- Payment will be made as agreed
- We will Translate your documents as per standards
- Translated documents will be sent to you in PDF format for proofreading
- After the approval, the document will be finalized
- Translated documents will be delivered via WhatsApp/ Email or via corrier service as requested

We normally follow business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM time, but in case of urgncy you can contact us via WhatsApp or Email 24/7.
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our support staff with your order number within 24 hours of order submission. After 24 hours you cannot cancel your order and no amount will be refunded as the translation work has been commenced.
As our service is of virtual nature, we send the soft copy of translated document in PDF Form to email address which you have provided to us. There is no need for physical international shipping.
Your order status is updated to you via email, if you prefer to get information through SMS or by Phone, you can mention this as instruction before ordering, or you may call our support staff during office hours.

If you opted for physical printed documents delivery then we will send it through courier and standard courier charges will apply. But mostly the translation is done and soft copy in the form of PDF is delivered to your provided email address or via WhatsApp.
Your order will be delivered digitaly by email or WhatsApp free of any charges as this is a virtual product.
If you need your order in the form of printed documents, it may be delivered by courier service of your choice. Currently we provide delivery via local courier services Leopards Courier Services, Daewoo Express and Pakistan Post (Charges may Apply).
